Count your seats before anything else. The GV80 was sold in four different configurations across two body styles, and they do not all have the same belt positions. Two cars of the same year and engine can differ by two whole seats.
The Problem
Ride height does not help you fasten a belt. The GV80 is built on a rear-drive platform, so a tunnel runs through the cabin and a broad console sits high beside the front seat, dropping the buckle stalk into a slot you cannot see into. In the second row the latches sit low against the cushion, and the seats slide to let people through to the back. In the third row the belts are shorter, mounted differently, and reached by someone who has just climbed past a folded seat.

Four layouts exist across the wagon and the Coupe. Counting the seats takes ten seconds and settles most of the order.

Six-seat cars have no middle seat in the second row
Where the six-seat option was specified, two captain's chairs replace the second-row bench and a console sits between them carrying wireless charging, media controls and screens for the seats in front. That console occupies the space a middle passenger would otherwise use.
So on a six-seat GV80 there is no center second-row position and no belt to extend there. Any listing offering you one is wrong. Order by side instead, and remember that two cars of identical year and engine can differ on this, so count rather than assume.
